License Policy

1. Overview

Pivot Talon Core ("the Product") is a commercial software product developed by Pivotstudio Corp. By purchasing and downloading the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Policy.

2. License Types

We offer two types of licenses. The rights granted depend on the specific license you have purchased.

A. Solo License

  • Usage: You may use the Product for one (1) specific project (either your own or a client's).
  • Developer: Valid for a single developer.
  • Commercial Use: Permitted for the designated project.
  • Updates: Includes lifetime updates for the purchased version.

B. Agency License

  • Usage: You may use the Product for unlimited projects (your own or clients').
  • Developer: Valid for your internal team or agency.
  • Commercial Use: Permitted for unlimited commercial end-products.
  • Updates: Includes lifetime updates for the purchased version.

3. Grant of Rights

Subject to the terms of this agreement, Pivotstudio Corp. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the source code to build end-products.

  • You CAN modify the source code to fit your needs.
  • You CAN use the source code to build SaaS, web applications, or internal tools.

4. Restrictions (What you cannot do)

Regardless of the license type, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • No Resale: You strictly prohibited from re-distributing, reselling, leasing, licensing, sub-licensing, or offering the source code (in whole or in part) to any third party.
  • No Open Source: You cannot release the Product or any derivative works under an Open Source license (e.g., creating a public GitHub repository with our code).
  • No Competitor Building: You cannot use the Product to build a competing boilerplate, template, or UI kit.

5. Intellectual Property

Pivotstudio Corp. retains ownership of the Product itself, including all intellectual property rights. You own the specific application or end-product you build using the Product.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies.
